Movie posters and lobby cards from outside the US can often be more interesting and colorful, especially for the older movies before the Internet. In general, the US plays it safer to keep from offending anyone and usually the costs are more. This leads to more bland poster art, unfortunately. Give me the goofy, the daring, the exciting and colorful, the almost offensive, the almost borders on bad taste (and sometimes going over that border) and I'm happy.

Is it just me, or do movie posters and lobby cards from foriegn countries often seem more vibrant and exciting than their american counterpart where the film originated from ?
