Curly Joe the plumber and Iloz Zoc continue to look for Zombos and Chef Machiavelli in the labyrinthine basement of the mansion. Pausing long enough to renew their strength, and discuss Robert Wise's The Haunting, they valiantly begin searching anew through the dark, creepy tunnels.
"Ya know," Curly Joe said, "that supernatural slasher film from the Netherlands just popped into my head. Must be all this walkin through these dark, creepy tunnels; reminds me of the mine they were trapped in, in the film."
"You mean Slaughter Night, originally titled SL8n8?" I asked.
"Yeah, that's the one. Tartan Video just released it, right?"
"Yes," I said, pausing to hit my flashlight hoping to make it a tad brighter. "At least we aren't being chased by the ghost of some maniacal killer who cuts the heads off of people."
A maniacal laugh echoed down the tunnel, bouncing off the walls and into our ears with a screech like gritty chalk on a blackboard.
"That don't sound good, does it?"
I nodded. We ran as fast as we could in the opposite direction from where the laugh seemed to come from. Finding a safe spot to catch our breadth we stopped.
"Now, about Slaughter Night," gasped Curly Joe in-between gulps of air.
