And you thought candy corn was the cat's meow.
It was inevitable. With all the wonderful reviewer copies of DVDs and books cluttering up my attic office, as well as the enormous material I acquire on my own, my deep dark pleasures can now become yours.
But what's the price?
You must correctly identify an object in the picture below. Email your answer to me, along with your mailing address (all kept confidential.), whereupon I will place your name in the Skull o'Chance and perform the voodoo ritual of whatgotcha by the feeble light of the waning moon. If the owl hoots twice as I call your name out loud you win! (Go to the About page for my email address.)
But is it worth it?
Judge for yourself. I will do my best to make it worth your while. But you must act or live in regret for the rest of your life. The contest ends on October 31st, and the winners will be announced and notified by email on November 1st. You must be 18 or older to enter.

THE TRICK
Riddle me this! Name the movie the object on top of Kong's noggin is seen in. Of course the object in the movie is much much larger. (Click the image to enlarge it for a better view.)
Hint: You would do WELL to not BUG out over this one. Just look at the picture under the full MOON and you will do just fine.

Excellent movie with great Ray Harryhausen effects.
