Yes, Dear Fiends, here's your heads-off, er -- heads-up -- for pulse-pounding-podcasting, and otherwise hip-swinging Halloween hijinks--
JAVA'S COSMIC HALLOWEEN SPECIAL 2008
-- has escaped from the lab again this year, and YoYo Island's "Special Guest DJ", Jason Croft -- "Java", of Java's Bachelor Pad -- in Cosmic Association with Yours Truly -- have stitched-together another devilishly delightful show for all the Kreepy Kats and Kitties out in radio (and podcast) land...! This year marks the second of our collaborative Halloween presentations, and we've got something altogether different in store for you.
Like last year's show, it's a monstrously great mix of ultra-cool Halloween-themed tunes, in Retro-Jazzy-Pop-Rockabilly style, plus this year's"Zombie-licious" ghoulish gumbo of Halloween hijinks, as the "Cosmic Players" blast off from YoYo Island to unleash the undead, run a risky road-race, battle with possessed Pumpkins, and otherwise plunge into strange and thrilling encounters with the Swank and the Unknown, while our host Java sets out into Crumpkin's Pumpkin patch on a possibly perilous "Spooky Pumpkin Safari"...
Java will be broadcasting the show on WEFT Champaign, IL, this Halloween Night, and the MP3 Podcast is now online here:http://www.cosmicassociates.com/yoyoisland-javascosmichalloweenspecial08.htm

-- if you're even more adventurously-inclined... ( * note: The "YoYo Island" entertainment environment may or may not play on some systems -- please note the "viewing guide", especially for Firefox users.)
This year's show runs about 1:50; it's a 75.2 MB podcast, which should download for you in about 10 minutes at DSL speeds.
So turn down the lights, adjust your seats to "Lounge-Factor-Seven", set your blenders on "stun", and surf-in for another fiendishly fun Halloween frolic -- but when the drink cart floats by, it may be best not to ask for a Zombie... ;)=
Most Sanguine Cheers, and Happy Halloween '08!,
Johnny C.
